Team Photography isn’t new, but Aim High Photography has developed a
different concept that takes advantage of digital technology. No
other photographer in this area is believed to be offering such a deal that
you really need to take advantage of. Because of the nature of this offer, 100% team participation
is required. Images will be taken using a professional quality,
digital camera. Images will be
presented to you, on a compact disk.
You will then be able to have, as many prints made in whatever
quantity/sizes you prefer (at your expense), by taking the disk to a local
photo-processing center with digital services. Or, you may choose to make prints at home on your personal
computer. This also allows you to
make additional prints at a later date, which may be of convenience to
you. Plus, you will be getting
additional images of your teammates without additional expense or having to
swap pictures! Why was this concept developed? To provide quality photographic images in an affordable alternative
and convenient package. What’s the
catch? All that is asked by the
photographer is that you do not copy the digital images and share them
with those who should be paying for the service. Full team payment and signed releases
are required to schedule a photo session. Each team member (parent or guardian for minors) will be
required to sign a release form to
permit the photographer to use these images for future requirements as stated
in the release form. Individuals not paying the photo
session fee or completing a release form will not be photographed. Due to the number of disks requiring production, disks will be delivered to the coach or designated individual(s) usually within 48 hours. Each disk is individually, mastered by the photographer, not a commercial outsource. Photo Session Fee: $15.00 per team member ·
This fee is for the service of photography and not image
reproduction. You are actually receiving
a free compact disk with images of the session. ·
Printing services may be offered at an additional expense, but aren’t
a part of this agreement. ·
Additional compact disk copies can be purchased for $10.00 each. Images on the disk will include at least: ·
One Team Image ·
One Individual Image of each player on the team ·
Buddy Images (as requested) ·
One Individual with coach, parents, etc. (as requested) ·
An unspecified number of action images of the team on game day Photographers earn their living from providing
photographic services. This offer is
made to you in an effort to give you a substantial value for your photo
requirements. Your compliance with the
following request will help keep this service at a reasonably affordable rate
and to provide future photographic services.
Non-compliance not only is a violation of the law, it takes away from
a photographers ability to provide an income and meet his other financial
obligations and expenses. Reproduction of images, are limited to your
individual personal use to make prints to share with family members and
relatives. Reproducing images for
others who should be paying for the service is strictly prohibited. Reproduction of images may not be used for
commercial purposes without a signed agreement with the photographer as
required by US Copyright Laws. Photo
Session Release Form
I,

hereby give Paul J Miller III (the Photographer), his or her assigns,
licensees, successors in interest, legal representatives, and heirs the
irrevocable right to use my name (or any fictional name), picture, portrait,
or photograph in all forms and media and in all manners, including composite
or distorted representations, for advertising, trade, or any other lawful
purposes, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished
version(s), including written copy that may be created and appear in
connection therewith. I also agree,
not to reproduce images created in this photo session with those who are
subject to paying photo session fees and to comply with the request of the
photographer as listed in the additional
comments of the Team Sports Photography handout attached. I have read
